OBAID DIGITAL provides web design, web development, mobile app development, eCommerce solutions, AdSense-ready website development, SEO, digital marketing, and related digital services. All services are delivered based on mutually agreed project scopes and timelines.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables (websites, code, designs). OBAID DIGITAL retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension. All prices are in PKR unless otherwise specified.
Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope changes, client feedback delays, or technical requirements. Revisions are included as specified in the selected plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and necessary information required to complete the project. Delays in client communication may affect delivery timelines.
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We do not share, sell, or distribute client data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
OBAID DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the uptime, security, or performance of third-party services.
We build and optimize websites to align with Google AdSense policies to maximize approval potential. However, final approval is at the sole discretion of Google. We do not guarantee AdSense approval, as it depends on multiple factors including content quality, traffic, and policy compliance at the time of review.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
